Description
I read that in West Africa porridge is often served at boarding school, where it is nick named either Tom Brown or Laying Concrete! Esther's porridge is delicious, not at all concrete-like and is best served with a copious amount of delicious banana and evaporated milk.

How to make Porridge?
Mix one part oats to two parts water or milk, and a pinch of salt.
Bring to the boil and simmer for three minutes.
Serve with milk or cream and lots of banana!
