Ingredients

3  
cassava (roots)
   
fish or corned beef (or any other protein food)
2  
eggs
   
salt and pepper (to taste)
   
bread crumbs (for coating)
   
oil (for frying)

Instructions

How to make Cassava Rissolves?
1. Wash and peel cassava.
2. Cut into portions, boil and crush.
3. Add seasoning, flash fish/corned beef etc.
4. Shape and dip in beaten egg and then breadcrumbs.
5. Fry in deep fat till golden brown and drain.
6. Serve hot or cold.
