Cocoa Cakes using oil for shallow frying.
Ingredients

cocoa (medium sized fresh) 1⁄2
flaked fish (smoked or steamed optional) 1
onion (medium sized minced) 1
pepper (large) 3
fresh tomatoes (ground)Instructions
How to make Cocoa Cakes?
1. Scrub, wash and peel and grate cocoa.
2. Add other ingredients.
3. Beat with a wooden spoon or hand until mixture drops easily.
4. Heat oil, fry spoonfuls on both sides until golden brown.
5. Serve hot on its own or with gravy.
