Dumplings made from flour chopped parsley
1⁄2 poundflour (sifted)
2 teaspoonsbaking powder (level)
1 teaspoonparsley (chopped)
How to make Dumplings?
1. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and parsley.
2. Rub in the margarine and add milk to make a thick batter.
3. Drop dumplings from spoon into simmering chicken.
4. Cover tightly and cook for 20 minutes.
