Dumplings made from flour chopped parsley
Ingredients
1⁄2 pound
flour (sifted) 1⁄8 teaspoon
salt 2 teaspoons
margarine 2 teaspoons
baking powder (level) 1 teaspoon
parsley (chopped)Instructions
How to make Dumplings?
1. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and parsley.
2. Rub in the margarine and add milk to make a thick batter.
3. Drop dumplings from spoon into simmering chicken.
4. Cover tightly and cook for 20 minutes.
