Egg and Potato Chowder
Ingredients
1 pound
diced cooked English potato 1 1⁄4 pint
evaporated milk 2 ounces
butter 1
onion (large chopped) 1⁄4 pound
bacon (chopped) 4
hard boiled eggs 1⁄2 pint
chicken stock (or 2 cubes in water) 1 tablespoon
flourInstructions
How to make Egg and Potato Chowder?
1. Put milk in a saucepan, add lump of butter, salt and pepper.
2. Cover and simmer 5-10 minutes.
3. Fry onions and bacon until soft, add flour and stir while cooking.
4. Add chicken stock and stir.
5. Pour into milk and potato. Stir.
6. Add seasoning and correct seasoning.
7. Add chopped hard boiled eggs.
