He impressed the panel and won top prize. This package was put together by Essence 13 working with Pop Up Africa. So what are the hopes, dreams and challengers of Kwame's startup. If I said to you bush tucker what is the first thing that comes into your mind bush tucker trials? Extreme eating! Eating crocodile penis, scorpion, cricket, ants and mealworm in I'm A Celebrity. It is true eat snails from the French menu and you are celebrated; eat African snails and wow that is gross. Media images of food are everywhere of what we should eat and it is not bush. On Saturday’s there are regular Old Spitalfields traders offering a range of fashion, accessories and arts & crafts and then there are themed markets. (A Family Fun Day) is an annual event for the Ghanaian Community in the UK, started since 2005 attracting visitors from around UK, Ghana, Holland, Germany, France, Canada and US.

Ghanaian and African music, spectacular costumes, Durbar of Chiefs, Cultural Dancers, Fashion Show, Football, Kids actives, and of course the traditional freshly cooked African food, Arts and Crafts stalls lining the park this is probably Ghanaian’s most exciting annual event out side of Ghana.
