Groundnut and Gari Kanyah
How to make Groundnut and Gari Kanyah?
1. Roast groundnut and remove skin.
2. Pound groundnuts very fine.
3. Heat gari
4. Add gari to groundnut and continue.
5. Sweeten to taste, remove from mortar.
6. Put small quantity at a time in a mould. Press hard, tap the mould lightly and turn out.
7. Store in dry tins.
