Ham & Noodle Casserole
1 1⁄2 cupcooked ham, (diced (or fowl, pork, lamb, beef, liver, if liked, minced))
1 1⁄2 cupmilk
How to make Ham and Noodle Casserole?
1. Cook noodles in salted boiling water until soft. Pour into colander, drain and wash.
2. Put into a well-greased casserole alternate layers of noodles and meat.
3. Beat eggs with the milk and pour over noodles and meat.
4. Set casserole in pan of hot water and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Note: This is a delicious, easy, economical supper dish. It can be dressed up for company supper by adding your own selection of herbs, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, cheese and garnish.
