Description

Jello Spinach Salad use spinach, chopped or creamed (cooked)

Ingredients

1 package
lemon/ lime jello (3 oz)
1 1⁄2 tablespoon
vinegar
1⁄2 teaspoon
mayonnaise
1⁄4 teaspoon
salt
3⁄4 cups
cottage cheese
1⁄3 cup
chopped celery
1 tablespoon
minced onions
1 cup
frozen spinach (10 ozs chopped or creamed cooked)

Instructions

How to make Jello Spinach Salad?

1. Dissolve jello in 3/4 cup boiling water.
2. Add a further 1 cup of boiling water.
3. Add vinegar, mayonnaise and salt.
4. Leave in fridge until it starts to set.
5. Remove, then beat until fluffy.
6. Add remaining ingredients and pour into a 1-quart mold and chill.
7. This must be prepared a day in advance.
