Key Lime Pie
How to make Key Lime Pie?
1. Mix condensed milk, egg yolks and lime juice together.
2. Fold in beaten egg white.
3. Put into baked pie shell and refrigerate.
4. Before serving, beat 1 cup of whipping cream and cover pie smoothly. (Add some sugar to cream before whipping).
5. If using meringue instead of cream, beat the 3 remaining egg whites, and gradually add 6 tbsp. sugar and 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar.
6. Cover pie filling and bake 20-25 mins. at 350°.
