Please read carefully and ensure people attending with you are made aware of this information.
Payments are non-refundable unless the meal or event is cancelled. However, if you have booked for an event and can no longer attend, we will refund your money only if someone else can take your place (and pays for your place). If you have booked and can no longer attend, please ensure you message me first before changing your RSVP to 'no'. If I am unable to get a replacement, please also make an effort to sell your spot too, by posting on all of the meetup groups you are on, via discussions or on the pages that the event is displayed on. Also please ensure you read the details on the event which you have booked, as this will clearly provide members with the correct procedure to follow.
I will not be checking meetup messages 3 hours up to the event or at the start of the event if the event is offline in person.
