amagwinya - seasonal jam

pork belly - squash, yellow rice, raisins & cinnamon
2015 Tormentoso, Old Vines, Paarl (old vines of chenin blanc)

Course 3:
bunny chow - grilled chicken curry, potatoes & carrots

bitong - artichoke, peppers & tomato chakalaka
