Ox Tail Stew for beef lovers
2 packagesox tail (cut, with excess fat removed)
1 packagepork loin (with excess fat removed)
1⁄2 teaspoongarlic powder
1⁄4 teaspoonground clove
1⁄2 teaspoonblack pepper
How to make Ox Tail Stew?
1. If you have a pressure cooker, pour 2 tablespoons oil into it and heat well.
2. Add ox tail and brown, then add pork which has been cut into bite-size pieces and brown.
3. Now pour in 2 cups boiling water into which the spices and rum have been added and stir into the meat.
4. Cover with lid and place weight on top.
5. Cook for 1 hour.
