Description

Ox Tail Stew for beef lovers

Ingredients

2 packages
ox tail (cut, with excess fat removed)
1 package
pork loin (with excess fat removed)
1  
onion (chopped)
1⁄2 teaspoon
thyme
1⁄2 teaspoon
garlic powder
1⁄2 teaspoon
allspice
1⁄4 teaspoon
ground clove
1⁄2 teaspoon
black pepper
2 tablespoons
rum
   
salt ( to taste)

Instructions

How to make Ox Tail Stew?

1. If you have a pressure cooker, pour 2 tablespoons oil into it and heat well.
2. Add ox tail and brown, then add pork which has been cut into bite-size pieces and brown.
3. Now pour in 2 cups boiling water into which the spices and rum have been added and stir into the meat.
4. Cover with lid and place weight on top.
5. Cook for 1 hour.
