Description

Palm Oil, Okra, Fish and Meat

Ingredients

600 grams
okra (sliced)
1⁄4 cup
palm oil
1  
onion (chopped)
1 milliliter
water (500)
2  
fish (mackrel or snapper)
400 grams
beef
1  
gari (a bowl full of gari)
1  
scotch bonnet

Instructions

1. Add onions to a pot with palm oil and water heat gently.
2. Simmer for 20 minutes.
3. Add the chopped okra stir and leave for 40 minutes.
4. Whistle the pot is simmering away bake the seasoned fish in the oven for 30 minutes and or fry the beef till cooked.
5. Add the cooked fish and or beef to the pot of okra and cook for another 20 minutes.
6. Serve with gari.
