Cut the tomatoes horizontally in half and make a shallow depression in each side, sprinkle with salt and pepper. 2. Mix the garlic, breadcrumbs, olive oil and parsley together. 3. Fill the tomatoes with this mixture and arrange side by side in shallow ovenproof dish. 4. Bake for 15 minutes in a hot 400°F oven or under a grill until browned. 5.
