Mayonnaise for "Sunday" Salad Ingredients: 2 unit yolks of eggs 2 tablespoon vinegar 1 cup clarified groundnut oil (olive oil) 1/2 teaspoon mustard 3/8 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon white (black pepper) Instructions: Mayonnaise for "Sunday" Salad 1. Beat egg yolks and one tsp vinegar. 2. Add mustard, salt and pepper and mix well. 3. Drop oil one tsp at a time into the egg mixture beating constantly until 1/4 cup of oil is added.
