Dolphin Roe served with warmed french bread and a green salad
How to make Dolphin Roe?
Wash roe and dry. Mix about 1/4 lb. butter with some chopped parsley, 2 cloves of garlic, salt and pepper. Coat roe with this mixture, wrap in foil and put in oven for 20 minutes at 375°-400°. Afterwards, open foil and allow to brown for a few minutes. This is very nice served with warmed french bread and a green salad or as a starter served with toast.
