Omelet Breakfast

Description

The omelets are served with the slightly sweet nutmeg flavoured local bread

Ingredients

   
tomato (large)
   
onion
   
eggs

Instructions

How to make Omelet?

Finely chop a large ripe peeled and seeded tomato and a quarter of an onion, and mix together.
Beat three eggs and tip into the frying pan, cook for a minute then add the tomato and onion mix.

Cook until set.
Serve in a sandwich of white bread.
