Chocolate Fluff Pie

Description

Use semi-sweet chocolate

Ingredients

20  
ginger snaps (crushed)
3 ounces
buttter
8 ounces
semi-sweet chocolate (melted)
1  
egg (beaten)
2  
yolks (and whites separated)
1 cup
cream
1 teaspoon
vanilla essence

Instructions

How to make Chocolate Fluff Pie?

1. Mix ginger snaps and butter together and spread on bottom and sides of greased pie dish. Bake at 375° for 7-8 mins. Cool.
2. Melt chocolate. Add beaten egg and egg yolks, remove from stove and fold in stiffly beaten egg whites, cream and vanilla.
3. Pour into pie case and chill several hours.
