Bread Fruit Chips
How to make Bread Fruit Chips?
1. Wash breadfruit.
2. Peel breadfruit.
3. Cut into slices.
4. Cut into chips and soak in salted water. Remove and drain in kitchen cloth.
5. Fry in hot oil till golden.
6. Leave to cool. Store in airtight tins to retain freshness.
