Excellent with cold ham, turkey or chicken here is Christmas Salad
How to make Christmas Salad?
Make jello with 2 cups boiling water.
Add one cup cold water and one cup of the pineapple juice.
Beat cheese into the hot jello until pieces are the size of large peas.
Let mixture partially set, then whip.
Add remaining ingredients, including the cream which has been whipped.
Will serve 12-15. Excellent with cold ham, turkey or chicken.
Note: Serving gelatin salads in the tropics can be rather tricky. One envelope of plain gelatin may be added to the hot jello (never attempt to freeze a jelly salad). A suggestion is that the thoughtful hostess will place the salad on individual salad plates, upon the table at the last possible moment.
