Senegalese soup which serves four
10 ouncescream of chicken soup (can)
1 teaspooncurry powder
1 cupchicken stock
1⁄2 cupcream (or milk)
How to make Senegalese Soup?
In blender place cream of chicken soup, curry powder, milk. Cover and blend.
Remove cover and add chicken stock, cream (or milk). Blend and refrigerate until ready to use.
When ready to use blend again quickly, then pour into bowls and garnish with chopped chives or cucumber.
