1 poundshrimp (fully peeled, deveined cooked)
2 tablespoonstomato ketchup
3⁄4 teaspoonscayenne pepper
1 cuptarragon vinegar
1⁄2 cupchopped green onions and tops
2 clovesgarlic (finely chopped)
1⁄3 cuphorseradish mustard
1⁄2 cupolive or salad oil
How to make Shrimp Remoulade?
1. Combine all ingredients (except shrimp and lettuce) thoroughly.
2. Marinate shrimp in this mixture for several hours in fridge.
3. Serve on bed of lettuce.
