How to make Stir-fried Vegetables?
Peel christophene, carrot, onion and string celery.
Cut in quarters, then slices, and again into slivers.
Cut celery diagonally into ½” pieces.

Pour oil or margarine into fry pan and heat thoroughly. Add vegetables and stir. Add salt, garlic and two tablespoons boiling water. cover and steam quickly. Spoon into a heated dish and sprinkle soy sauce over it, stirring it into vegetables.
Sliced cabbage and cauliflower flowerettes may also be added.
