Description

Ernest Hemmingway loved Cuban frozen cocktails especially daiquiri. Inspired this Ainsley Harriott drink.

Ingredients

75 grams
strawberries (fresh (3oz))
1 teaspoon
caster sugar
4 tablespoons
white rum
1  
lime juice
   
ice (a glass of crushed)

Instructions

How to make 'WHAT'S NEW, pussycat?' strawberry daiquiri?
1. Place the strawberry and sugar in a blender and whizz briefly until pureed.
2. Add the rum, lime juice and crushed ice and whizz again until smooth.
3. Pour into 2 champagne flutes, add straws and slip a sliced pump strawberry on to the rim of each flute.
Serve.
