Stuffed Eggplants recipe
1⁄2 poundminced beef
1 teaspoonchopped herbs
2 teaspoonsWorcestershire piquante
tablespoonfat dried breadcrumbs
How to make Stuffed Eggplants?
1. Boil eggplants until tender. Season meat to taste adding all ingredients.
2. Divide eggplants in half, remove pulp and crush finely. Do not destroy outer skin.
3. Cook meat and add pulp.
4. Return filling to skins, reshaping neatly. Sprinkle with dried crumbs.
5. Place on a greased sheet, bake in a moderate oven until brown.
