It's GhanaBeTasty, it's going to be special too. Billed as a five course taste tour of Zoe's Ghanaian cookbook, Zoe Adjonyoh's supperclub was tasty and it was fun. We do like the magical atmosphere under the low level lighting, feels like your eating inside a themed wonderland tent. If you are going to book a meal at the south London venue anticipate that you are in for a great night, dinning on traditional African cuisine. Very cosy. Here is our review of our evening.

So I have a somewhat shocking secret to share ā€“ I am not a foodie *insert covered face emoji*

ā€œBut wait are you not Tokunbo of Tokunboā€™s Kitchen?ā€

Yes indeed I am. You see, what I am trying to say is that I am not a foodie in the sense that I am quite fussy about what I eat. However I enjoy cooking and I especially love creating meals for others and seeing the satisfaction on their faces. Itā€™s a feeling second to none.

How did it all start?
It started the night after I waited two hours for jerk chicken that was meant to be ready in ā€œanother fifteen minutesā€ at a garden party at the end of last year summer and in so doing missed the act I went there to see, Femi Kuti!
On getting home I went online and took steps that led to the implementation of an idea that I had been thinking about for over a year. This was the genesis of Teeā€™s Food Corner with the vision of ā€œbringing Nigerian food to a global audienceā€.
