A special edition of the Southbank Centre Food Market featuring stalls including Ghanaian Street Food, (Zoe's Ghana Kitchen, Chale, Pepper and Stew) Ethiopian Coffee and Zigni Sauce and Spice (Eritrean) and East African street.

No celebration of Africa and it’s culture is complete without delicious African food, so for the first time in Africa Utopia’s history, Pop Up Africa present, The African Street Food takeover. Up to 30 stalls of authentic African cuisine representing countries from across the continent.

Pop Up Africa, known for their African inspired experiential shopping events, look forward to bringing a real taste of Africa to The South Bank Centre.

In conjunction with the 3 day Africa Utopia festival, visitors to Pop Up Africa’s Street Food Takeover can expect to be transported to one of the most colourful nations on earth through the aroma of sweet smelling African food and the taste of spices used from Lagos to Lilongwe.

Over 3 days come and enjoy some of the culinary talent that Africa and its diaspora have to offer.
