There was food from Sierra Leone (Moyi Moyi and Rice Akara), Uganda, Ghana (Red Red), Trinidad and Tobago, Grenada, Eritrea, Jamaica, Nigeria (Jollof Rice), Barbados and Somalia. Nadia Maddy represented the Sierra Leone people in the house.

The IMF believes the near-term outlook for the region remains broadly positive, an example is the Ghana’s Cocoa Marketing System which is an African business success story. Poorly performing organisations in Africa can be turned around. Economic expansion is set to far outpace rich nations.

The Great British Bake Off, Saturday Kitchen and MasterChef: The Professionals, your favourite TV programmes live on stage and along side these brands is the taste of African cuisine.

The BBC Good Food Show London is taking place at Olympia’s Grand Hall in London on the 9-11 November 2012. Good luck to Bim's Kitchen exhibiting on stand PB6.

It's the perfect place to go and find something different that you can't find on the high street and sample these dishes.
