Instructions

How to make Portuguese Eggs?
1. Arrange egg slices in ovenproof dish; sprinkle with salt, pepper, grated onion; slice tomato on the top. Continue in as many layers as people, adding more eggs, etc., accordingly.
2. Combine milk and butter or margarine. Stir over low heat until butter melts. Add flour and stir until thickened. Beat in cheese. Pour over eggs, etc. bake at 350°.
