Baked Fish. Bake until golden.


2 pounds
dolphin or tuna
1 1⁄2 cup
noodles (of fine)
2 cans
frozen asparagus (tins or 1 pkt)
3 cups
evaporated milk
1⁄4 teaspoon
pepper (of)
worchester sauce (to taste)
6 tablespoons
butter (of)
6 tablespoons
flour (of)
1 1⁄2 cup
grated cheese
1 teaspoon
paprika ( to taste)


How to make Baked Fish?

Cook noodles and drain.
Make a white sauce with butter, flour and milk. Cook dolphin and flake.
Place fish, noodles and asparagus in layers in an ovenproof dish. Pour seasoned white sauce over fish and noodles. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350° until golden.
