Ingredients

cucumbers 1 teaspoon
salt 1 cup
sour cream 3 tablespoons
sugar 1 tablespoon
vinegar 2 tablespoons
seasoning finely choppedInstructions
How to make Saucy Cucumbers?
1. Peel and slice four cucumbers. Add 1 teaspoon salt.
2. Put a plate on top of cucumbers with weight on it for 1 hour.
3. Make a sauce of the sour cream, sugar, vinegar, pepper and seasoning.
4. Place cucumbers in serving dish.
5. Pour sauce over and sprinkle with chopped seasoning.
