White Ehbeh. Follow ingredient and method as for Red Ehbeh
Omit Palm oil and add half pint groundnut oil.

Instructions

1. Wash and peel potatoes, cocoa, cassava, yam and plantains. Cut into even pieces.
2. Put pot on stove add and water and salt, meat, cup and boil for 1/2 hour.
3. Add root vegetables and tuber, palm oil, ground onions, pepper, continue boiling for 25 minutes.
4. Add flaked smoked fish and check the consistency which should be dropping.
5. Simmer gently.
6. Serve hot.
