Description

Traditional Ghanaian delicacy Apraprasa which is corn soup, pepper, palm nut nuts. Apraprasa (Full with palm nut soup) is a dish from Ghana.

Ingredients

   
pepper
   
palmnut (extract)
   
dried fish
2  
onions
2  
tomatoes
8 tablespoons
roasted corn meal
1  
crab

Instructions

How to make Apraprasa?
1. Cut onion and the pepper fry in palm oil.
2. Mix in tomatoes and ginger, add the roasted corn meal.
3. Mix in ginger
4. Add the dried fish and crab.
5. Cook for 45 minutes.
6. Blended mixture.
7. Serve.
