1 tablespoonDunn's River Ginger, Garlic and Pimento Seasoning
1 tablespoonDunn's River Jamaican Jerk Seasoning (Choose from 'Hot' or 'Mild' based on your own chilli heat preference)
1 packagepenne pasta (packet boiled and drained)
2 clovesgarlic (minced)
1onion (chopped medium )
2stalks spring onion (chopped)
225 gramsfull cream
1⁄2 teaspoonblack pepper
400 gramssweetcorn (can drained)
1⁄2red pepper (medium-size, chopped)
1⁄2green pepper (medium-size, chopped)
1⁄2yellow pepper (medium-size, chopped)
225 gramscheddar cheese (grated)
How to make Creamy Jerk Prawn Pasta?
1. Cook penne pasta according to 'instructions on package; drain and set aside.
2. Heat butter in a pan.overo medium high heat and sauté garlic, onion and spring onion. Add prawns, jerk Seasoning, cream; salt and pepper and mix,well:
