Rice with bacon

Ingredients

6  
slices bacon (cut in bits and fried)
1⁄4 cup
onion (chopped )
1⁄4 cup
green pepper
1 can
tomato (16 oz.)
1 1⁄2 teaspoon
salt
1⁄8 teaspoon
pepper
1⁄8 cup
corn oil
1 cup
rice

Instructions

How to make Spanish Rice?
To cook in oven, mix all ingredients in an ovenproof dish.
Pour off liquid from tomatoes and measure; add enough water to make two cups. Cover dish and bake at 3000 or until all the liquid has been absorbed, 30-35 minutes.
