chopped onion
   
black pepper
   
salt
2 tablespoons
baking powder

Instructions

How to make Breadfruit Puffs?
1. Crush breadfruit, mix in 1 egg, season with chopped onion, black pepper and salt, add 2 tablespoons baking powder (more if larger quantity of breadfruit) and a tip of flour to hold the mixture. 2. Drop by spoonfuls into pan, in hot fat, and fry.
3. They should puff up a lot.
