Coconut Gelatin

Ingredients

1  
dried coconut
1 pint
boiling milk
   
gelatin
   
sugar (to taste)

Instructions

How to make Coconut Gelatin?

1. Grate coconut and pour on 1 pint of boiling milk.
2. Let stand for 2 hours.
3. Strain milk and add right amount of gelatin to set.
4. Add sugar to taste. Reserve coconut. Let dry then bake in oven until brown.
5. Sprinkle on top and serve.
