Description

Ingredients

3 cups
coconuts (freshly grated)
1 1⁄2 cup
flour (plain)
3 tablespoons
sugar
6 tablespoons
water (cold)
   
nutmeg (grated)

Instructions

How to make Coconut Cakes?
Method:- Baking
1. Put coconut, sugar and nutmeg into a bowl and mix.
2. Add flour and mix into a stiff dough adding water gradually.
3. Put heaps of mixture 1" apart on baking sheet and spread out with a fork.
4. Put in a hot oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
5. Cool and serve.
