dried chili flakes
1⁄4 cup
dried thyme
1⁄4 cup
ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons
ground nutmeg
2 1⁄2 tablespoons
ground coriander
1⁄4 teaspoon
kosher salt
1⁄4 teaspoon
ground black pepper
1 teaspoon
dried ground prawn/shrimp or crayfish powder (optional)

How to make Jollof Dry Spice Mix Recipe?

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
