Potato Puff

Ingredients

2 pounds
potatoes (imported or sweet)
2  
eggs (separated)
1  
onion (small)
   
salt and pepper
   
margarine

Instructions

How to make Potato Puff?
1. Wash and peel potatoes.
2. Boil until soft and mash well.
3. Beat egg yolks, chop onion and add to potatoes.
4. season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Beat egg white till stiff and fold into mixture.
6. Pile high in a shallow greased pie dish and bake for 20 minutes in a moderate oven 350°F.
