1 1⁄4 poundpumpkins (cooked and rubbed through a sieve)
1 teaspoonbaking powder
1⁄2 teaspoonsalt and cinnamon
How to make Pumpkin Fritters?
1. Put pumpkin in a bowl.
2. Beat egg and add to pumpkin.
3. Add milk margarine, salt, sugar, essence, cinnamon and mix well.
4. Add flour and baking powder and beat to a thick batter.
5. Drop by TBS into hot oil and fry till golden brown.
6. Drain and serve hot.
