Description

Made using cod salt fish. Salt fish is cooked in countries all over west Africa. Salted fish cod, is fish cured with dry salt and thus preserved for later eating.

Ingredients

cold salt fish
   
onion (large)
1 can
tomato

Instructions

How to make Salt Fish Stew?
1. Take 2 pieces of salt fish soak in cold water.
2. Soak for 2 hours change water to get rid of the salt.
3. Cut cod into pieces.
4. Fry onions in a pan.
5. Add tin tomatoes stir and simmer.
6. Continue to cook on low gas for an hour.
7. Serve with rice.
