Spinach Soufflé method baking

Ingredients

1⁄4 cup
cheddar cheese
   
frozen spinach
4  
eggs
1  
onion (chopped)
1⁄2 teaspoon
salt
4 tablespoons
butter
1 cup
sour cream
   
nutmeg

Instructions

How to make Spinach Soufflé?

1. Put chopped spinach, eggs, onion and salt in blender until mixed. Melt butter and add to mixture.
2. Sprinkle cheese on top along with nutmeg before baking at 375° for 1/2 hour.
3. After cooked, top with sour cream.
