Tuna Fish Pâté


2 cans
tuna fish (7 oz. drained)
2 ounces
butter (melted)
1 tablespoon
olive oil
lemon (juice & finely grated rind)
1 ounce
breadcrumbs (fresh white)
salt and pepper


How to make Tuna Fish Pâté?
1 .Cut tuna into small pieces and put mixture in blender with butter and oil. Blend until smooth.
2. Turn into a bowl and stir in lemon rind, juice and breadcrumbs. Mix well and add plenty seasoning. Spoon into dish. Serve with toast.
3. To freeze: Cover with foil, label and freeze. Thaw for 6 hrs. in refrigerator.
