London Restaurants

It's GhanaBeTasty, it's going to be special too. Billed as a five course taste tour of Zoe's Ghanaian cookbook, Zoe Adjonyoh's supperclub was tasty and it was fun. We do like the magical atmosphere under the low level lighting, feels like your eating inside a themed wonderland tent. If you are going to book a meal at the south London venue anticipate that you are in for a great night, dinning on traditional African cuisine. Very cosy. Here is our review of our evening.

A new wave in African cuisine is slowly but surely manoeuvring itself into London’s foodie scene. From Ghanaian street food to Ethiopian restaurants, African food is here and it’s about to make its mark even bigger and better.

A quiet food revolution which began with Spinach and Agushi, Eat Jollof London and Zoe's Ghana Kitchen has continued with Chalé! Let’s Eat, Chuku's Nigerian-inspired tapas lounge and now foodie lovers have been given Jasons Little Kitchen.

Here is our reviews of a west African, Nigerian dinner in south east London. Esquire Lounge and Bar is owned by the 805 Nigerian Restaurant, and has the same menu as 805 Restaurant. At 9:30pm they have a live DJ playing Afro-Beats and R&B, making the place a bit more lively.

805 Nigerian Restaurant has decent ratings (useful to view the food that you will be eating it's the Nigerian food from 805 Restaurant):

Just a quick reminder that the big Valentine's day and night is Friday 14th February 2014 and you need to make sure your date is in an African restaurant. If you've not already done so, please book your place today before it goes on to a waiting list. Umm.. No April fools joke, but I wonder how many African restaurants will really be booked out. Valentine's Day remains one of the most anticipated if occasionally anxiety inducing holidays of the year. Will going on a first date African style be a recipe for love?
