We are lucky enough to have an established Caterer on board who agreed to be take time out of his busy schedule for an interview. Cyril Roy Macauley is a damn good Caterer with years of experience - I should know I have tried him and he does not fit the stereotype of 'late, slow and slapped up greasy ass food in your face with a sweaty smile'.

In another universe out there David Cameron and Barack Obama hosted a West African cook in place of the stale old English sausage and burger barbecue for US and British veterans in the Rose Garden in Downing Street, London.

The feast included real West African food, chicken jollof rice, okra, plaintain and egusi spinach. The British and American veterans and members of the armed forces loved it. "Who needs an British bbq when you can have cassava leaves and beans akra" said one Scottish sailor.
